Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Commissions are always welcome. Get in touch with your idea and we can discuss what's possible, timescales, and pricing.
How long does a commission take?
Needle felt pieces typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Resin pieces take 1–2 weeks, mostly curing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. International shipping may be available — just ask and we'll check rates for your location.
Can I return an item?
Because each piece is handmade to order, we can't accept general returns. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately.
